Active Work Space (AWS)- an exciting integrated workplace wellness initiative that has been tested and proven to be simple, effective and sustainable.

AWS is an intensive six week program that is customised for businesses and organisations  to help build a healthy work place culture.

AWS goal is to create mindful movement and positive activity in work spaces in order to combat the sedentary lifestyle we live in this day and age.
