Hi, welcome to the Heartsense homepage. My name is Jane Ng and I am the owner and founder. I’m a qualified personal trainer, Personal and Corporate Wellness Specialist, a certified life coach and speaker.
My philosophy is in Preventative Maintenance of our physical and mental well being. This means taking healthy active steps daily and not wait until it's too late!
Many of us lead incredibly busy lives, and if we don’t take the time to schedule it in, our health and well being tend to get pushed to the side.
My goal is to help you take control of your own health by adopting a healthier lifestyle that is realistic, sustainable and importantly, that works for you.
With Australians spending approximately one third of their adult life at work, the workplace plays a crucial role in our holistic well being, which affects their home life and vice versa. The work place has been recognised as a priority setting for health promotion by the World Health Organisations and Australian governments. Having been worked in the corporate world for over 30 years, I have applied my knowledge and experience to help create healthier work spaces in work places through my Active Work Space program.
I have walked the talk of regular exercise and healthy eating for decades, and as a result my family and I have benefited from our good health. I would like to help you, your family and your employees enjoy the results of a healthier lifestyle.
